Development of a national procurement platform (KEF-KKP portal). The system handles more than 400,000 orders per month for over 30,000 users.

User access management is highly complex, depending on multiple factors such as administrator-granted permissions, the impersonated company, its role in the tender, the submitted documents, and the current tender status.
A custom-built authorization module collects all relevant parameters in real time, evaluates access rights, and provides them to the system’s processing units dynamically.
The main challenge was handling the massive end-of-month Excel interface files, often containing hundreds of thousands of rows, which overloaded the system. The large file size combined with complex validation logic significantly slowed down processing and replacing the interfaces with APIs was not feasible.
